Mills is Co-founder of digital product studio ustwo. With studios in New York, London, Malmö, and Sydney ustwo employs over 240 talented product designers responsible for creating some of the world’s best digital experiences and products. ustwo pushes the frontiers of digital product design, and is most recently responsible for ‘Monument Valley’ a game that won the Apple Design Award 2014, was named Apple Game of the Year 2014, won 2 BAFTAs, 3 GDCs and was featured on Netflix’s “House of Cards - Series 3.” In 2014 Mills co-founded DICE, ustwo’s first joint venture and the world’s smartest music discovery and ticketing app. Featured in “Best New Apps” on the App Store, DICE is currently expanding across the UK, offering the complete digital experience for the ticket-buying fan with access to the best gigs at the best venues, with no booking fees. Mills’ true passion is inspiring and bringing people together and he brings an unrivalled energy to his companies, which he refers to as a “fampany”.
